Our team of investigators and experts in Information Technology specializes in assisting our clients to protect against new or emerging cyber security threats and the recovery from a cyber attack.

PARTNERS IN EDUCATION

OTBSS is continuously developing enhanced presentations and workshops that focused on the social-emotional and information technology that impacts students, faculty members, school boards, educational institutes, and parents of students at the elementary, secondary and university levels.

We educate and empower students, faculty members and parents on the impacts of their choices, their safety and online safety. The presentation content is researched extensively to ensure the topics are current while identifying recent trending and sensitivity issues that have challenged the education system.

All documents, material and discussions fall within the mandates and requirements of the Ontario Educations Act, the Safe School Act, safe schools’ initiatives and the school boards mission, policies, procedures, and code of conduct. They support the "National Bullying Month", "Bullying Awareness and Prevention week in Ontario" and "Pink Shirt Day".

The OTBSS’s team consults with educators on an ongoing basis to ensure that the Ontario Ministry of Education: Health and Physical Education curriculum anti-bullying expectations are met, and the "Learning Skills" identified in the Ontario’s Growing Success Policy are included within our initiatives.

OTBSS submits an "Overview Report" that summarizes the event while analyzing the identified risk(s) and issues that may call for immediate intervention, changes, or reviews of present practices to help minimize or eliminate the risk(s) or liabilities.

These presentations and workshops allow educational institutes with an opportunity to enhance their leadership role in the Province of Ontario by demonstrating their continuous efforts to combat, minimize, and reduce the risks associated with bullying, cyberbullying, and victimization within your institution.
